Looking back as long as I can remember, the idea of going somewhere new has always brought me immense satisfaction. As time went along the chances to go new places were becoming more and more popular. This started with sport trips, weekend getaways into Toronto to watch a baseball game or just to visit with family but my most favourite of all time were motorcycle rides on the back of my dad’s bike, where I usually fell asleep and was secured by a ratchet strap. As I reflect back on these “trips”, which are now considered small adventures, my idea of a trip has expanded exponentially. I strongly believe looking back on these days, from day one I have had a strong passion for travel. Now being in my early 30’s, as I slowly grow into a young man, completely enthusiastic and passionate for travel. Especially immersing myself into different cultures and any sort of adventuring there is to be found. As the years pass, I find to be more interested in family history and watching old family videos. Watching these videos of myself at a much younger age, I found myself monitoring my behaviour, to mostly find out I still display most of the same traits. Two of the biggest ones I noticed were me not listening but most importantly my level of curiosity, desire to explore, wander. As I grow up I noticed my level of curiosity is still at the same level of my younger years, if not higher now. With having a strong passion for travelling and blogging the steps, planning, packing and pursuing, as well as “on the go blogs” will be our pleasure to share. We will also share stories of past trips, as well as some of the do’s and dont’s we have learned along the way.
We look forward to you following us in our adventures, Cheers gotta go pack.
